A platform bills insurers as one group for all of its NPs, so each row is one billing group, not one NP.
Listed rate = what the insurer's own file lists for the platform's billing group, before copays, deductibles and denials. It is not what an NP is paid, and the difference is not all kept by the platform: billing, credentialing and other costs come out of it.
